Job description: URGENT HIRING FOR LAB TECHNICIAN ROLES( LAST CHANCE TO APPLY)Description:Monitor moisture of important manufacturing materials to ensure production standards are met at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collection and moisture analysis of feed materials. Additional testing may include drainage and sieving. This role is primarily focused on collecting and analyzing data to effectively monitor production processes and ensure safety, quality, environmental, and production standards.Other Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems to ensure sampling occurs at needed times; will include communication with operators to verify sampling times
- Sample collection, moisture calculations, operation of ovens, scales and basic lab equipment
- Conduct moisture analysis on feed and oxide materials; conduct laboratory analysis on other materials as needed; additional testing of drainage and sieving when needed
- Assist with the establishment of operating procedures for the laboratory and other areas of the company as needed
- Advise shift managers on technical operating problems
- Assist shift supervisor(s) and lead person(s) in training production staff on production, safety, and quality issues
- Ensure cleanliness of laboratory
- Sit on and participate in meetings, teams, and training seminars
- All other duties and projects as assigned by management

- One to three (1-3) years of experience in a laboratory, or similar production operation preferred

Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field
