Are you ready to join this team and make your impact?Join our team as a CE Manager I – Paid Search for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products! As part of the Customer Engagement team, you will have the exciting responsibility of developing and implementing search engine marketing and content discovery channel initiatives for some of the most well-known brands in the world.You Will:
- Develop and lead campaign strategies for multiple search and content discovery channels, ensuring success for all campaigns within your assigned responsibility
- Perform daily Paid Search campaign management, including budget management, bid management, reporting and multivariate testing, to drive strong traffic and conversion results
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, search engine partners, and media stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
- Present results, insights, and business recommendations to our executives and partners in engaging presentations
- Own the analysis and presentation of data for ad copy, landing page and beta testing projects, drawing actionable next steps from results
- Stay current on Search & Programmatic Media industry trends and propose innovative ideas to improve campaign tactics
You Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Search (PPC) and running search engine marketing campaigns for a high volume consumer website
- Excellent working knowledge of streaming video tactics
- Data analysis experience and ability to translate results into useful insights
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative teammate who drives efficiency and exceeds goals
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Ads Editor, and Adobe Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using third-party bid management tools like Adobe Advertising Cloud, SA360, Skai or Marin
- Experience working on e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL
- Experience with Amazon Search advertising
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
