- Have significant experience communicating about high performance buildings, carbon neutral ready design, and/or new construction across a range of market sectors.
- Have experience in preparing market assets, including website content, social media posts, and case studies on high performing construction projects.
- Have basic understanding of energy efficient equipment, renewable systems, and building energy science.
- Be able to help identify market trends as well as gaps and collaborate with staff and market actors to determine ways to respond to the market.
- Possess the ability to communicate with customers, contractors, and internal staff effectively.
- Additional desired (but not required) skills include:
- Basic understanding of architectural and engineering design, building system specification, construction practices, and measurement and verification of carbon neutral new construction projects; and
- General familiarity with the construction industry, building innovations, and the financial considerations of developers and building owners
This is a remote position.
Expected salary: $25 – 30 per hour
