We believe that focusing on performance and results has the power to transform client business.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for developing all elements of a paid media plan strategy all the way through flawless activation in-platform. The Senior Campaign Manager must be able to manage day-to-day agency media planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies. They will have a keen understanding of paid social and how to leverage various ad types and objectives to drive results.Responsibilities

  • Strategy:
  • Assist in overarching paid social media strategy development for top tier clients
  • Determine appropriate audience selection, campaign investment by channel and measurement KPIs for client approval
  • Work in conjunction with in-house social media buying team to optimize social buys and discuss insights with clients
  • Manage social campaign budgets, including media authorizations and management of billing reconciliation process in Prisma
  • Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers and clients
  • Develop and present concise results presentations highlighting campaign learnings and recommended campaign optimizations.
  • Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Activation:
  • Primary owner of paid social campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting for account portfolio
  • Provide consistent optimization of paid social campaigns to exceed client expectations
  • Create and monitor advertising campaigns using platform UI’s across various paid social media channels including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Recommend, implement and report optimization recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data pertinent to client and business goals
  • Monitor daily paid social campaign pacing and performance to exceed client KPIs and expectations
  • Ensure proper internal tools are utilized for lifecycle of social campaign from flawless launch through timely billing
  • Brainstorm and implement new ways to improve advertising and engagement on Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat for clients
  • Manage internal and external communication during all phases of an active social campaigns lifecycle
  • Actualize and claim spend on the monthly basis and work with the finance team on delivering invoices when needed

QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent field of study
  • 2-3 years experience in social media, advertising or related field
  • Experience with various planning and campaign management/ad serving tools and technology (Nielsen, comScore, MRI, MediaTools, DCM)
  • Experience with various social platforms (Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat) a plus
  • Experience analyzing data and market research
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/ math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter, with strong media agency planning and organizational skills
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to peers and clients
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and vendors
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $58,500 – $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
