Job description: Job DescriptionThe Sr. Director, Client Lead for Financial Services plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within an assigned set of existing accounts. The key responsibility is to work directly with the Epsilon Client Leader and client stakeholders to expand the utilization of Epsilon’s marketing and advertising technology, data, and identity solutions and drive client business outcomes. This role will collaborate with various teams, including solution consultants, customer success, pricing, product, client engagement, and solution delivery.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive profitable revenue growth at assigned account: Develop a deep understanding of key challenges and opportunities across your clients’ enterprises. Educate key stakeholders on Epsilon capabilities; identify / develop / shape / close opportunities to grow Epsilon’s footprint and generate revenue growth.
  • Build customer relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within assigned accounts. Understand their unique challenges, requirements, budgets, and tailor sales approaches to meet their specific needs. Be a trusted partner to key stakeholders, bring expertise and thought leadership to solve their critical business issues. Influence the strategies of assigned accounts to drive positive business outcomes and grow Epsilon’s footprint. Lead quarterly client business reviews.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports: hold associates/managers accountable for their teams work by setting expectations, achieving commitments, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Develop and support strategic account plan and sales strategies alongside the SVP/VP Epsilon Client Leaders: Develop strategic account development strategies, formulate strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts, develop sales tactics and action plans aligned with the overall business objectives; communicate the account vision to internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively: Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and delivery teams to align strategies and coordinate efforts effectively.
  • Interact with Publicis Groupe teams: Work with client counterparts for other Publicis agencies to collectively support Groupe level new business pitches, joint client reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts: Work with legal, pricing, delivery, and product to create and negotiate all contracts for assigned accounts.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue: Utilize opportunity management solution to provide up-to-date information about opportunities for assigned accounts, participate in pipeline reviews; utilize revenue forecasting solution to provide revenue forecasts for assigned accounts, participate in revenue forecast reviews.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Understand the industry for assigned accounts, stay up to date on industry developments, changes in regulations, and new emerging opportunities. Understand how Epsilon solutions support the industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive effective strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of proven experience in developing and building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across client enterprise.
  • 10+ years recent experience driving year-over-year growth within current accounts, and/or managing complex sales cycles to close new logos
  • 10+ years working within or supporting Financial Services brands at an agency or consulting company within the Data-Driven MarTech/AdTech space.
