You’ll be empowered to think differently, try new things, and GO PLACES.About the Role:The Sr. Manager Customer Marketing, Large Format will align with our Heineken USA regional chain teams providing customer-facing commercial marketing support to our key chain customers and sales leads across assigned call points. This role will work closely on strategic customer planning with our regional and national sales teams and brand to execute customer-focused programming that contributes to our overall business success and sales KPIs. Success will ultimately be measured by fueling the growth of our iconic portfolio of brands and driving innovation items that tie into key customer strategies while influencing shopper purchases.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support will be based primarily on [insert location] Business Unit large format customers and national chains with occasional small format support.
  • Responsible for development of customer-focused shopper marketing campaigns to drive distribution and sales velocity and provide post-program analyses; work effectively with stakeholders to achieve results that help deliver on KPIs.
  • Bridging HUSA strategy and retailer strategy, partnering with HUSA sales leads to activate brand, regional, or customer-specific programming.
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with regional, customer, and HUSA cross-functional teams to align on best practices and program initiatives, such as customer-facing samplings, trade shows, partnership opportunities, etc.
  • Communicate HUSA portfolio programming updates and selling materials (sell sheets, P2P tactics, brand plans, media, etc.) to sales teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with chain accounts directors and chain sales leads.
  • Identify customer and channel needs/trends using internal HUSA resources (PowerBI, Source, iDIG, etc.) and use findings to influence programming through effective storytelling.
  • Manage agencies from conception to execution and keep them updated on customer/channel needs, campaigns, creative visuals, and legal terms and conditions for individual chains.
  • Works closely with Off-Premise Senior Manager Customer Marketing and Off-Premise Channel Sales Director to align on customer feedback and programming initiatives.
  • Manage annual budget using checkbook process to maximize ROI and achievement of KPIs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, including CPG experience
  • 20% travel required
  • Based in Bentonville, AR

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and incorporate shopper insights into campaigns
  • Excellent strategic and analytical ability and a demonstrated proficiency in using insights to create effective storytelling
  • Experience leveraging path-to-purchase tactics to drive higher shopper awareness and conversion
  • Experience with Nielsen, IRI, VIP iDIG
  • Agency management experience
  • Customer-facing marketing experience
  • Knowledge of beer/beverage industry a plus
  • Solid understanding of [insert market] market, culture, and key chain customers

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 + Annual Bonus
