As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be:
- Searching for candidates to fill job openings
- Placing outbound calls to job applicants to gather additional information
- Setting appointments
- Performing background checks and drug screens
- Speaking to potential clients about our services
- Helping applicants complete applications and new hire paperwork
- Sending out forms and following up with applicants to get the forms completed in a timely manner
If You Have:
- A demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
