Job description: Description:The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for strategizing and executing the marketing plans and journeys that create awareness, interest, conversion, and retention for Civic Federal Credit Union. This individual works primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, target and track one-time and automated marketing promotions, consulting with outside Salesforce support. Additionally, this role compiles marketing data to measure campaign success and impact the scope of future marketing efforts. The person successful in this role can adapt to different environments, solve complex problems, and provide a vision to support our marketing initiatives, while being able to clearly articulate data trends and observations to colleagues.NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK * Serves as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manages and collaborates with outside consultants to ensure Marketing Cloud activities are developed and implemented – including strategy, setup, execution/automation, and tracking/analysis). Offers internal staff training and demonstrations, as needed.

  • Formulates plans and strategies for marketing campaigns utilizing an omnichannel approach to reach prospects and members at all stages of the marketing funnel. Develop insights that drive Marketing decisions and improve our member knowledge.
  • Manages the creation of marketing journeys, roadmaps, and touchpoints via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing systems, to ensure members/prospects receive appropriate messaging based on their needs, products and/or other criteria. Skilled in storytelling and marketing reporting best practices to be able to craft a compelling narrative with clear results to Senior Leadership that helps them better understand our membership.
  • Facilitates end-to-end support of marketing campaign launches and provides regular proactive updates to confirm we are on track to meet desired goals and objectives.
  • Expert in data collection and mining and forecasting used to drive marketing strategy. Works closely with other disciplines including, but not limited to, data analytics, creative services, PR, social media, and content strategy to ensure similar understanding of the Marketing data and how the insights impact the overall organization.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and the efficiency of our investments. Analyze campaigns and member data to identify best prospects, marketing strategies and tactics to inform future marketing plans.
  • Provides actionable insights and a clear point-of-view on marketing performance while supporting ongoing operational needs, such as monthly marketing reporting on performance against goals, analytics dashboards, campaign monitoring dashboards and key KPI tracking.
  • Maintains an ongoing education in the credit union environment as well as the digital marketing discipline. Stays abreast of new technologies and current marketing trends.

JOB QUALIFICATIONSHere are a few qualifications you MUST have to be qualified for this position. * Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience working in an in-house marketing department and/or marketing agency, including a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience developing/managing marketing campaigns while utilizing Google’s suite of marketing products.

  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Certified user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ability and willingness to get certified within first year of employment.
  • Experience building marketing reports and dashboards for detailed measurement and insights.
  • Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer printer).
  • Travel required on occasion.

Here are a few qualifications we’d LIKE for you to have. * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience managing a CRM or MCIF system.
  • Working knowledge and/or experience utilizing marketing channels, including but not limited to: email marketing, in-app advertising, SMS marketing, social media, blog and content creation, content management system (CMS) and direct mail.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
