We need someone who is well-organized, pays close attention to detail, and has some experience in the communication, graphic design, or data entry fields. This job would be ideal for a recent college graduate or for someone who wants to grow their skill set. The qualified applicant will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with marketing efforts through multiple mediums including social media, Internet aggregators, digital displays, print media, and more. Daily tasks include compiling statistical information, copy editing, assisting with promotional activities, printing and distributing materials, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory of supplies, and updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sign scheduling and pushing

  • Creating and maintaining help documents
  • File maintenance and upkeep on server file drives, smart-sheet records
  • Printing, laminating, and stuffing mailbags
  • Assist with location services accuracy and maintenance
  • Image gathering and support
  • Support on monthly print flier creation
  • Post scheduling
  • Providing support on requests
  • Assisting team members with creative project work tasks
  • Learns workflows and production to assist in projects
  • Using templates to update door signs, business cards, and other day-to-day operational signs

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Act as a backup for other positions in the A/R and Fuel Departments as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

OTHER (Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities):

  • Ability to operate a copier, fax machine, and 10-key-adding machine with speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting practices and procedures.
  • Ability to write business letters that are concise and accurate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, store employees, and all levels of office staff.
  • Ability to prioritize job duties as appropriate and needed.

Job Specifications (Qualifications)EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience in the following software: MS Excel, Word, Monarch, Outlook, and Internet. Experience with or ability to learn PDI/RMS internal accounting system.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
