- Work with project teams to coordinate and create takeoffs for various types of concrete construction projects.
- Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirements.
- Utilize takeoff software to determine quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project.
- Prepare accurate estimates for concrete projects.
- Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labor.
- Assist in the preparation of estimates and bids for projects.
- Provide technical support to project teams when needed.

PM22Position RequirementsYou might be a great fit if you have:
- A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may qualify. 2-3 years of experience in a construction environment preferred.
- Proficiency or experience with project/estimating related software including PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff and HCSS/Heavy Bid is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam.
- Prior experience with a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system or Tekla is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel is a MUST!).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
