Our workplace culture thrives on agility and teamwork.We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our design on a full-time basis, working in our office environment.Responsibilities:In this multifaceted role, team members contribute to various aspects of our service offerings. Tasks include creating new designs, adapting existing artwork, aligning customer brands with new collateral, and preparing artwork for print. Projects range from intricate custom designs to straightforward template-based productions.Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic design, including original creations and adaptations adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Typesetting for standardized templates, such as business cards and other client orders.
• Executing data merges for internal mailings.
• Preparing labels and artwork for digital die-cutting processes.
• Customizing signage files for specific requirements.
• Imposing print files for production using FreeFlow Core and Fiery software.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, print-centric environment. Attention to detail, focus, and adept communication skills—both internally and with clients—are paramount. Organization is essential for managing diverse projects efficiently. Additionally, proficiency in large-scale design, including wall wrap murals and installations, is highly desirable.Technical Proficiencies:

• Proficient in Apple/Mac platform operations.
• 1-2 years of experience in print production and graphic design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for database management and Word/PowerPoint for content review.
