In partnership with ACT, Schwab Alliance provides premium services for clients of independent financial advisors. The services provide practical financial tools and resources and a dedicated service team to complement the advisor-client relationship.Alliance’s vision is to act as a liaison for the Financial Advisor, enhancing their client product and service offering by leveraging the scale of Schwab. Brokerage Service Specialists carry out that vision by working in small, highly collaborative teams that consistently strive to provide a positive experience in every client interaction.What you haveIf you’re not a finance expert, that’s okay! In addition to the skills below, successful candidates will have a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is required. College Internships and collegiate activities will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage transactional work, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business and the financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a desire to work in an inbound phone environment
  • Aptitude and passion for working with technology and influencing our clients in becoming a digital practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organization that remains committed to a secure and client-focused experience
  • Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.#campus

Expected salary: $52000 – 60000 per year
