Job title: Bill Only Specialist

Job description: This position will be IN-OFFICE for training period, working from 9am-6pm and will be converted to 100% remote afterwards, schedule will change to 9:30am-6:30pm.– Performs daily operations and management of the bill only program.– Assists both internal and external customers with bill only requests.– Replenishment orders and preparing bills to invoice.– Assist with the IPS Bill Only Department as needed.Employee will also be responsible for the following:
- Handling data entry of bill onlys including IPS orders.
- Restocks product for bill onlys.
- Prepares approved bill onlys for invoicing.
- Resolves discrepancies on bill onlys.
- Use of SAP for bill only transactions and requirements.
- Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives
- Assures Bill Only areas are kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner
- Maintains strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year customer service experience preferred
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Use of SAP preferred but not required
- Must sign a remote worker policy
- Must maintain a safe working environment

Expected salary: $16 – 18 per hour
