Lien Networks is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee our core operations and drive strategic growth. This key leadership role will play a pivotal role in optimizing our platform, streamlining workflows, and ensuring exceptional service for our network members.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of platform operations, including user onboarding, case management, and network communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen network engagement, increase platform adoption, and drive user satisfaction.
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with overall business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient delivery of third-party services.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement processes to optimize platform functionality and user experience.


  • Proven track record of success in business operations management, ideally within a B2B or referral network environment.
  • Deep understanding of the legal and/or medical industries, with a focus on personal injury cases and lien processes (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mind and proficiency in CRM platforms to optimize user experience and drive network engagement.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a related field.

Expected salary: $80000 – 130000 per year
