THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL THERAPISTTHE SCHEDULE:We offer a hybrid schedule with occasional hours working from home.YOUR ROLE:As a Certified Behavioral Therapist, you’ll design and implement treatment plans for children with autism, providing direct therapy and supervising staff members. Your excellent communication skills will ensure transparency between families and state directors, fostering ongoing progress discussions.OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Current BCBA certification
• Active LBA certification in Arizona
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
