Client Location: RemoteClient: HP Inc.Job Description:Applies basic foundation of a function’s principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities:Responds to standard product purchase agreement and RFP requests for product, and supports opportunities with enterprise or government customers using designated standard templates and existing agreement references.Researches content in existing agreements for purposes of reporting.Interfaces internal stakeholders and customers to execute routine agreements and book business.Confirms approvals and signatures and prepares data for system entry and agreement archiving.Complies with financial reporting (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley) and audit requirements.Responds to post- execution contract inquiries.Education and Experience Required:First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 0-2 year related experience.Knowledge and Skills:Basic knowledge of contracts administration methods through education or relevant experience.Proficient in basic business applications and web tools.
