  • Train on customer service and sales solutions and master our outreach methods
  • Meet directly with customers and provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process sales orders
  • Build genuine relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Keep detailed reports on all customer interactions including order requests, customer complaints, and referrals

Our ideal qualifications for a Customer Service Assistant are:

  • High school degree is required
  • Bachelors degree is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and training skills
  • Strong Student Mentality and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
  • Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations
  • Can achieve both individual and collaborative goals through time management, discipline, and organization with other Customer Service Assistants and executive team members
  • Exhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customers
