Our Customer Success team is the voice of COAST and our customer’s most personal brand experience. Your friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude will have a direct and positive impact on the overall perception of COAST. We are looking for someone who is excited to contribute to our long-standing tradition of using innovative thinking to solve problems for our customers.Responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently, accurately, and politely to customer calls, emails, walk-ins, and live chat inquiries
  • Assist customers with placing, tracking and troubleshooting web orders
  • Process online and in-person warranty inquiries and claims
  • Active monitoring and data collection relating to user feedback and trends.
  • Provide appropriate product information to assist customers in making informed purchases so they have the best possible experience with the COAST brand
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Actively monitoring and responding to customer reviews to meet company objectives.
  • Embody the COAST spirit of innovation by continuously looking for ways to improve processes and customer experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team and internal resources to ensure every customer receives complete and accurate resolutions
  • Communicate customer success stories, product trends, and opportunities for improvement to management

Requirements

  • Empathetic and motivated to ensure excellence in every customer interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated multitasker with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems
  • Experience with ZenDesk, Shopify and BazaarVoice a plus
  • Bilingual is preferred

Compensation Details
Salary$21- $25 DOE
PTO10 days, in addition, COAST offers 7 paid days for Holidays.
Kaiser Health PlanEffective the 1st of the month following 30 days from FTE hire date.
