Across IT, we are exploring new and better ways to harness data, improve decision making, and add value while optimizing the investment we are making in our plants and our people.Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions
  • Support the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards
  • Perform data quality checks and assist in data cleansing efforts
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of data analytics tools and technologies
  • Assist in the documentation of data processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Contribute to ad-hoc data and analytics projects as needed

ABOUT YOU

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in data and analytics, with a focus on data-driven problem-solving
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data storage solutions (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes)
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work setting
