The ideal candidate will bring a blend of marketing savvy and technology expertise to drive our digital marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker; a proven project manager; a clear, compelling communicator; and a great relationship builder. This role will report to the Corporate Vice President of Marketing.Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Technology Management: Lead the selection, implementation, and management of a diverse range of marketing technologies, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, email marketing platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics software, to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Oversee efforts across SEO, SEM, GEO, social media, and online advertising to maximize digital presence and achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to systematically collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data. Provide actionable insights for continuous optimization of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximization of ROI.
  • Integrating Marketing and Technology: Ensure a seamless integration between marketing and technology by coordinating the implementation of software platforms, optimizing the marketing tech stack for maximum efficiency, and swiftly resolving technical issues to support uninterrupted marketing activities.
  • Innovation and Trends Monitoring: Act as a forward-thinking leader in identifying emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies. Advocate for the adoption of innovative solutions that place the organization at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the marketing team on the effective use of marketing technology tools and platforms, ensuring all team members are proficient and can leverage these tools to their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with IT, sales, marketing, and other relevant departments. Drive cross-functional initiatives that leverage technology to meet marketing objectives, ensuring cohesive efforts across the organization.

Position Requirements:Educational and Professional Experience:

  • Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of robust experience in digital marketing technology and website management, with a preference for backgrounds in high-tech marketing environments. This includes substantial project experience in digital technology.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing or marketing technology, with a solid understanding of web analytics, SEO, GEO, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads platform, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Tools: Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), website CMS platforms, and a fundamental understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Creative Tools: Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and maintenance, alongside familiarity with other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Microsoft Suites: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Writing Skills: Exceptional grammatical and creative writing skills, with the ability to critically review and proofread marketing copy for web, email, and social media platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, coupled with a creative mindset that leverages both data and intuition for decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, fostering collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
