Through innovative initiatives and programs spanning every facet of the workforce, we bridge the gap between people looking for work and companies in need of talent.The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in communications efforts, mainly centered on Partner4Work’s social media channels and digital media. The Digital Media Coordinator is engaged in all facets of Partner4Work and its programs.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSocial and Digital MediaOversee and support all social media channels of Partner4Work and support P4W’s communications strategy:

  • Gather, organize, and schedule content to be dispersed on Partner4Work and related social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and any new/emerging social media platforms on a need basis;
  • Attend events to capture context, photographs, and videos for social media channels;
  • Write and edit compelling social media content to engage Partner4Work’s online communities;
  • Monitor and participate in online conversations on behalf of the networks to increase outreach and visibility;
  • Collaborate with department team members to share assets (e.g. content, images, video) promptly to maintain effective social media coverage;
  • Assist with analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results;
  • Create compelling content for P4W website through effective and creative written and visual storytelling;
  • Make minor edits to P4W website;
  • Assist in website analytic tracking;
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of new trends and technologies; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

P4W Ambassador

  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and collaborative work environment through active participation in internal collaborations, team, and activities; and
  • Provide a high level of customer service for existing and prospective program partners through transparent, accessible, and open dialogue about the organization’s strategy and prospective projects.

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a field related to marketing, communications and 1-2 years of related experience in marketing, communications, social media coordination, graphic design; video-editing skills is a plus. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent familiarity with social media platforms with demonstrated creativity and efficacy;
  • Strong knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.) and social media analytics;
  • Understanding of SEO and competency in analyzing web traffic metrics;
  • Excellent in sourcing and managing content;
  • Familiarity with design programs (Canva/Adobe preferred);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Multitasking skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and team members;
  • Ability to travel and attend events occurring after office hours (8am-5pm).
