  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • 2-3+ years strong customer service experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and/or legal hiring practices, interview techniques, and recruitment are preferred.
  • A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel and outside contacts. The ability to diplomatically resolve potentially disruptive situations is essential.
  • Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ADP a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to quickly establish credibility and respect with a broad range of diverse business partners.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable.
  • Must be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and people with diplomacy and respect.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
  • Accurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Must maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

This is a SEASONAL HR position with room for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet visitors
  • Cover the front counter
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Badging
  • Assist with orientations
  • General administrative support in the Employment Center
  • Other duties as assigned
