  • Develop Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans for surveillance techniques to use in inspecting the operation of functions under contract to determine efficiency.
  • Communicate with contractor personnel to resolve complex operational problems at facilities.
  • Perform surveillance to ensure quality contract execution.
  • Conduct negotiations on cost proposals submitted by contractor.
  • Write task scopes such as Statements of Work (SOW) or Performance of Work Statements (PWS), to identify the government’s needs for work to be accomplished by contractor.
  • Recommend appropriate action to COR such as withholding payment, re-negotiation of certain clauses, and partial or complete termination.

  • This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.

  • The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver’s License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
  • Due to the nature of this position, employees are required to work both planned and unscheduled overtime.
