  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, delivering courteous and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of on-site event logistics, including registration check-in, attendee credentialing, and customer inquiries or concerns resolution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage with customers through various channels
  • Monitor customer feedback and inquiries, escalating issues as needed and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation to support the smooth operation of the customer service function.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate information to customers and address inquiries.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve departmental goals and objectives.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with ticketing or event management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and evolving industry.
