As an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote fundraising events and engage our audience.We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for our fundraising events.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, promotional flyers, and event signage.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials to generate publicity for events.
  • Support event promotion efforts through community outreach, partnerships, and collaborations with local organizations and influencers.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site support during events.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including gathering feedback, analyzing results, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Passion for marketing and event planning, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or nonprofit organizations is a plus but not required.
