This is a great entry level position to get your foot into the door of an fantastic company. We are looking for someone to join the production team. You will be loading chocolate into melting tanks! shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: High SchoolResponsibilities-Ensures the correct chocolate is loaded onto the platform(s) per the Daily Production/Warehouse Instructions. Completes appropriate documentation.-Loads chocolate into the chocolate melting tanks.-Use temperature gun to take and record temperatures of tanks. All temperatures are recorded on the appropriate documentation.-Ensures production lines are supplied with rework barrels and lids of appropriate color based on product (allergen, sugar-free).-Retrieves rework barrels once the barrels are full and takes to the back production area for remelting in appropriate tank.-Melt rework in appropriate tank.-Weighs ingredients and blends with chocolate in mixing tanks depending on product
specifications.-Palletizes barrels if not remelted before the end of the production run.-Perform various clean-up duties.The essential functions of this role include:
