Support the graphic design team in creating visual assets for various mediums including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and brand identity.
Prepare files for production by ensuring they meet technical requirements and maintain organized file structures for efficient workflow.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software proficiently to create high-quality designs.
Ensure all design work maintains consistency with brand guidelines and standards to uphold the company’s visual identity.
Apply a strong understanding of typography principles and layout techniques to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Assist in the production process for digital and print materials, including image editing, color correction, and file formatting.
Collaborate with team members to address graphic design challenges creatively and find effective solutions that meet project requirements.
Actively participate in graphic design critiques, accept feedback, and incorporate suggestions to refine and improve graphic design solutions.
Continuously research and stay informed about current design trends, techniques, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to projects.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Prior internship or relevant experience in graphic design is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing creative design work (online portfolio or PDF) is required for consideration.
