We’re looking for a Production Graphic Designer to join our internal creative agency. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high volume work environment, meet deadlines, work fluidly with our internal teams, and complete successful design projects.What you’ll doExecute revisions to existing designs – for both digital and conventional printingAccurately prepare files for printing/digitalExecute new layouts as needed with proficiency and attention to brand standardsHigh proficiency working with InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorHigh proficiency creating presentations in PowerPoint and page templates in WordProficiency working with Adobe XD, Ceros, and WordPress for digital design development (website layouts, e-newletters, emails)What we’re looking for5 years of related agency or in-house experience or 7+ years of relevant design/print experiencePrevious experience designing/preparing projects for printingHighly organized, detail-oriented and creative problem solving skillsAbility to work in a high-paced, high-volume environmentStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to work with office productivity tools like Microsoft365 and WorkfrontAbility to multitaskPositive, collaborative attitudeWillingness to jump in and help other team members when neededWhat’s In It For You?
