  • You will serve as an advisor in the daily operation of the Navy Recruiting Processing Station.
  • You will explain work requirements, methods, and procedures.
  • You will monitor the daily processing of scheduled and walk-in applicants.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying personnel policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel records; 2) Researching information in records and databases to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Using automated systems to create and maintain records; and 4) Providing direct customer service to customers in a team-focused environment.
