Job description: About the Role: As an Influencer / Brand Success Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in successfully onboarding and guiding influencers through each stage of the Rhyz Brand Incubator, including brand development, product creation, and a go-to-market plan. You’ll be the ‘CEO’ for these newly created brands, in close partnership with the creator, to successfully launch and drive brand growth. You’ll serve as the dedicated liaison with influencers and the necessary internal and external resources, facilitating collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, brand, marketing, technology, and other key stakeholders. Your role is to successfully shepherd influencers through the entire process, ensuring their vision is realized and that they have an incredible experience along the way. You’ll also be instrumental in fostering relationships with new influencers, working closely with others on the team, helping them understand the value offered by the Rhyz Brand Incubator. You may also serve as the key point of contract for other 3rd party brands that join the platform, helping them optimize their experience within the Rhyz ecosystem.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for influencers throughout their entire Rhyz Brand Incubator process.Lead influencers through product development discussions with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and other relevant departments to facilitate collaboration and resource allocation and to ensure successful product creation.Partner with the influencer and internal / external resources to successfully cultivate their brand and corresponding narrative and content that aligns with the product offering and the influencer’sCoordinate cross-functional efforts with internal/external teams, including technology and digital marketing, to align influencer brand activities with overall business growth objectives.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to influencers, ensuring transparency and effective communication.Advocate for influencers’ needs and objectives within the organization, ensuring their vision is realized and their brand flourishes.Develop and execute influencer outreach strategies to identify, engage, and collaborate with new influencers who may be interested in creating their own brand on our platform.Source high-reach influencers for higher-cost / awareness-driving content and campaigns. Collaborate with brand owner (influencer) to source influencers whose following matches brand’s target audienceEstablish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnership terms, and coordinating content collaborations that align with brand objectives.Monitor influencer content performance, analyzing engagement metrics and feedback to optimize future collaborations and content strategies.Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, industry best practices, and platform updates, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in product development, influencer management, marketing, or social media management, preferably within the beauty or wellness industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal/external stakeholders.Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign performance.Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, self-starter, that is able to navigate work in a fluid environment to drive successful outcomesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Our Benefits & Perks:You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
