Duties include analyze and design customized technology systems to meet departmental needs, budgetary requirements, and user ability. The incumbent is responsible for the evaluation and recommendation for technical development of information systems and has primary responsibility for project management, systems analysis, systems design, maintenance, data quality, technical assistance, and problem resolution relative to technology applications on any platform. The position provides oversight to lower-level roles and oversees the overall quality, efficiency, and consistency of work procedures and results. This position does not supervise other staff.Knowledge of:

This position would be required to report to a Department of Revenue office assigned by the supervisor.
