Job description: Responsibilities● Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents (e.g., online advertising, artificial intelligence, social media marketing, open houses)
● Manage online listings and ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date
● Qualify leads, conduct tours, and answer questions about the apartment community
● Negotiate lease terms and process applications
● Prepare and finalize lease agreements
● Onboard new residents and collect move-in deposits
● Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
● Address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships
● Manage a team of leasing consultants
● Maintain accurate records and reports
● Stay up to date on industry products and technology to ensure maximum rents andQualificationsQualifications● Proven experience in property management or a related field (minimum 2 years)
● Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
● Ability to build rapport and connect with residents
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
● Strong organizational and time management skills
