Job description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Assumes responsibility for marketing data related tasks:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various external and internal sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist with market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis. This includes gathering data from surveys, focus groups, and other primary and secondary sources.
  • Provide insights and assist with recommendations based on data analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with Business Intelligence department to assist with developing dashboards to track and visualize KPIs and campaign performance. Maintain dashboards and communicate results through regular reporting.
  • Assist with executing multivariate testing campaigns to identify and optimize messaging, audience targeting, and ad creative variables.
  • Ensure data hygiene and quality control by monitoring data sources, validating data accuracy, and identifying data gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business intelligence, and product, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

2. Assumes responsibility for member data and records related tasks

  • Member segmentation and targeting queries for product promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with member profiling and product usage reports and analysis.
  • Raddon Integrator Software – vendor relationship, point of contact and ensures data, supporting files and parameters are accurate and up to date.
  • Power BI – assist with defining and updating needs for performance dashboards and reports.
  • Ad hoc member and product reports and extracts as requested.

3. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned

a. Completes special requests and projects for Marketing and other departments as assigned

b. Ensures work area is clean, secure, and well maintained

c. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency of Microsoft suite of products.

Knowledge of related computer applications.

Understanding of data research and reporting.

Knowledge of relational database design, functions, and analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing research, or related field.

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Experience with marketing automation platforms and other data analytics tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively

communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis.

Attention to detail, with a focus on data hygiene and quality control.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing,

social media advertising, web site tracking, display advertising, and email

marketing.

A team and solo player. You need to be self-motivated and willing to

collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on specific projects.
