Job description: Job Description:As a Marketing Technology & Automation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive company growth and customer satisfaction through well organized marketing and communications campaigns using the latest technology tools. You will work directly with the Marketing Technology Manager, Sales and Marketing teams, and company leadership to plan, execute and report on initiatives using a broad array of marketing and technology resources.Your responsibilities will include:

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: You will play an important role in coordinating and maintaining our CRM and Marketing Automation applications and functionalities to drive customer satisfaction and user growth.
  • Coordination and Deployment of Marketing Automation Campaigns: You will be responsible for deploying marketing automation campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and web.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Department: You will work closely with the sales team to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Capturing and distributing key performance metrics and reports will be a significant part of your role.
  • Digital Advertising Campaigns: Assisting in the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and others.
  • Client Marketing Reports: Coordinating the preparation and delivery of client marketing reports.
  • Technical and Marketing Support: Providing assistance to clients and team members on technical and marketing-related issues.
  • Marketing Support Knowledgebase: You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the marketing support knowledgebase.
  • Website and Landing Page Maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance and updating of websites and landing pages.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Substantial experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems (Zoho One a strong plus) .
  • Experience with application integrations using tools like Zapier
  • Experience with WordPress website management
  • Strong skills in using spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is beneficial.
  • Basic web design and graphic design skills are beneficial.

Employment Details:

  • This position is fully remote, offering a flexible schedule.
  • You will be required to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • The compensation for this role is $25-35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
