• Design, develop, and implement mediation solutions using Digital Route Mediation platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define mediation workflows.
• Configure mediation rules and mappings to transform and normalize data from various sources.
• Integrate mediation systems with upstream data sources and downstream systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of mediation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Optimize mediation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on mediation-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mediation technology and Digital Route Mediation platform.
• Strong understanding of mediation concepts, data transformation, and normalization.
• Experience in designing and implementing mediation workflows for telecom or related industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).

Additional Requirements:

• Certification or training in Digital Route Mediation is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management or similar billing systems is desirable.
