Join us at Rocket Farms and contribute to the continued growth of our dynamic and forward-thinking team.Position SummaryAs the National Account Manager II at Rocket Farms, you will be responsible for managing the daily requirements of designated accounts while ensuring the achievement of short- and long-term strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities include conducting business reviews as required, collaboratively setting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets with accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and representing Rocket Farms Inc. at various industry events and tradeshows. Recent experience in engaging with Albertson’s floral divisional teams would be highly advantageous.Willingness to travel as needed – up to 50%.The expected salary range for this role is $103,000 – $140,000. This is the salary we reasonably expect to pay we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Final compensation offered will be based on including but not limited to experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)· Partner with VP, Sales to achieve strategic sales and profitability targets within customer base/market segment-region.· Develop, plan, attend and lead company presentations to existing customers and new customers.· Analyze sales performance goals and create programs to achieve goals by month, quarter, and/or year.· Manage entire sales account process; order entry, product allocation, logistics and delivery confirmation.· Manage product commodity; understanding trends in volumes and pricing throughout season, allocating orders accurately.· Maintain a high-level of understanding of market driven intelligence regarding competitive pricing, products and packaging innovation, and understanding customer’s strategies.· Partner with Customer Support team and other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service and communication is given to assigned accounts/customers.· Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience)· B.S., B.A in Business or related field.· 10+ years of sales – account management experience in consumer goods/grocery industry with strong preference for floral and/or produce – perishable category experience required.· Demonstrated success in building sales and managing multi-level projects.· Preferred experience in engaging with Albertson’s floral divisional teams, providing valuable insight and familiarity with key stakeholders in the retail sector.· Aptitude to acquire and assimilate new information and transform into business insights by leveraging internal and customer data and industry trends.· Ability to travel for customer management trade shows, industry events, etc.· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).· Ability to prepare and present sales presentations utilizing various internet-based systems such as CRM, EDI, Syndicated Scan – Category Management data.· Previous experience using ERP systems, NAV experience strongly preferred.· Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and teams.The Perks!At our company, we believe in taking care of our employees and providing comprehensive benefits to support their well-being.
