Job description: Location: 11501 Outlook Street – Overland Park, Kansas 66211Support Analyst – Loan Servicing & Asset Management (On Call)JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE)Works on an as-needed basis and is paid on an hourly basis for time worked, with no benefits. Provide assistance to departments within KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Loan Servicing, Asset Management, and Origination teams as needed, not to work more than 1000 hours in a calendar year. Utilized in various departments to handle temporary assignments or perform tasks on an as-needed basis which will be assigned based on experience, capabilities, and/or availability.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssist departments in Commercial Loan Servicing, Asset Management, and Origination to handle special projects, catch up on a back log of work, deal with an influx of new loans, or meet client expectations for timing of completion of required functions.Handle assignments based on availability and expertise with flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks as requested.Maintain open lines of communication with supervisor as to availability for work assignments.Participate in weekly conference calls to discuss current assignments, availability, and corporate information.Keep accurate daily records of hours worked within Time Online.Examples of additional functions may include:Order and track third party reports based on client guidelines and expectations – utilizing vendor portals and/or order forms as dictated by various vendors.Assist the Conversions Department with onboarding or offboarding of loans from Key’s platform, working with loan file documentation, data entry, and quality control to insure a timely and accurate transfer of loans.Perform data entry of Tax and/or Insurance information.Assist the Underwriting and/or Special Servicing Department with preparation of asset summaries and cash flow models, upload documents, prepare standardized reports, assemble photos and maps, and gather property level data.Assist Loan Surveillance group with Property operating statement and rent roll analysis.MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONSN/AREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational skillsVery detail orientedWorks well independently and is pro-active in handling job responsibilitiesGood communications skills, both written and oralProficiency in Excel and Word and familiarity with website navigationMulti-task, handling a variety of dutiesWork efficiently in a deadline-oriented environmentPossess strong interpersonal skills and professional conductPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of commercial real estate lendingFamiliarity with loan documentation, property valuation and/or Commercial Mortgage Backed SecuritizationAdvanced competency in ExcelCOMPETENCIES/SKILLSN/AEQUIPMENT USEDLaptop ComputerTelephoneFax MachineCopier/ScannerTRAINING REQUIREDOn the job as requiredJOB LOCATIONOverland Park, KS**Alternative Work Schedule, to include working remotely, is possible depending on the duties to be performed and job competencyJob Posting Expiration Date: 05/17/2024KeyCorp is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
