The team is a dynamic and motivated group driving business in a high-growth market segment.What you will be doingA Solution Consultant on our team plays an integral role in the commercial process by utilizing product, technical and industry knowledge to provide comprehensive solutions for new and existing clients. You will uncover prospect requirements and identify product functionality to develop and recommend the best possible products/solutions and/or services for client prospects. This will be done through joint commercial presentations and product information sharing.The role incorporates a high degree of internal and external partnerships and relationships. You possess a high technical aptitude with a strong business comprehension. You are detail-oriented, possess strong presentation and communication skills. You are comfortable and confident in client-facing meetings and represent Worldpay at the highest level.Support product in a pre-sales environment, by facilitating discussions with clients regarding the payments industry, possible integrations, product, connectivity structure, and best practices.Creation of solution and scoping of new business, from the technical/ financial/operational discovery phase through handover to implementation team.Support internal strategic initiatives when and where necessary with knowledge of platforms/functionalityWork closely with product, implementations, corporate support, and other key stakeholdersProvides input to appropriate sections of requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFI).Sets up and delivers product presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospects either in person or via web-based tools.Time will be split between new business, existing business, and assisting product in product/delivery commercializationBuild an in-depth product knowledge effectively mastering the relevant suite of products and platformsWhat you bring:Absolutely mandatory to have 2-5 years of recent experience with Payfac® as a Service or Payfac® offerings.Ability to build network internally – deep relationships with other teamsExcellent problem solving and presentation skillsAbility to network externally in payments and industry (partners, providers, schemes, etc.)Able to do competition assessmentBe voice of customer into other teams (e.g. product, delivery, sales enablement)Working knowledge of current payment technologies in the industry and within FIS with desire to learn emerging capabilitiesUnderstanding of integration documentation, APIs, and an interest in technical payment solutionsAbility to interact with and provide appropriate communications to senior managementStrong problem solving/solution design skillsBuilding Understanding and TrustAdded bonus if you have:BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldFamiliarity with competitors and their productsPre-sales experience with a solution forward consultative approach to sellingWhat we offer you:A competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industryTime to support charities and give back in your communityFIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 – $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
