As Photo Director, lead our in-house photo studio to capture compelling imagery for print and digital marketing materials, including our 892-page catalog. We’re doubling our studio space in 2024 – join us for continued growth.Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesGuide, direct and empower a photo studio team of 20+ employees to produce industrial product and lifestyle photography for B2B omnichannel marketing.Collaborate with the Creative, Merchandising and Product Marketing departments to identify objectives and communicate photo project expectations.Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in a creative, productive and timely manner.Collaborate with the Imaging team and studio partners to optimize processes and workflows between groups.Provide hands-on direction of photo shoots for studio, location and travel assignments.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in photography, design, marketing or a related field.7+ years of supervisory experience within the creative field.
