If you are passionate about helping people, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and extremely dependable, then don’t miss this exciting career opportunity in recession-proof industry.Job SummaryThe Priority Responder Estimator works to generate revenue opportunities by meeting with home owners, property owners, facility directors, property managers, etc. following an emergency event such as a water or fire loss. The Priority Responder Estimator would also be responsible for consulting and providing estimates for other service opportunities such as mold remediation, bio clean-up, and other specialty or industrial cleanings. This position would also collaborate closely with our marketing team to participate in community awareness events and programs in promotion of the brand. This is a FT position with normal hours 7:30am – 5:00pm M-F. However, the Priority Responder Estimator would also need to be available for after hours (evening and/or weekends) in an on-call rotation for 3-4 days every 5-6 weeks. There may also be times due to the nature of the business when you might need to be available 24/7 (2-3 times per year during a storm event) whenever an emergency event might occur. This position would report to our Director of Business Development.Core CompetenciesThe Priority Responder Estimator must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to build immediate rapport and confidence with the customer. This person must also be comfortable entering highly charged and potentially stressful or sometimes emotional situations. Proven ability to ask for the business and provide quality customer service. The Priority Responder Estimator primary responsibilities are to be professional, compassionate, courteous, positive, knowledgeable, and confident. They must also possess a working knowledge and an understanding of emergency restoration services (training provided). The ability to work under pressure and a combination of professionalism and selling skills are necessary for success.Duties:

  • Be familiar with assigned geographic territory
  • Responsible for educating on emergency response services
  • Respond quickly to a variety of lead sources – office, social media, internet alerts, etc.
  • Communicate our many services to the affected property owner
  • Establish and maintain positive professional relationships in the local community
  • On-call availability 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as needed or required
  • Ability and willingness to sell our services – SECURE THE JOB
  • Assist and collaborate as needed with our marketing team
  • Achieve and remain current in required safety and/or emergency response certifications
  • Be a solid brand ambassador for the business.

Skills and Qualifications:At least 3 years of sales, estimating, or insurance experience REQUIRED. Experience in the mitigation industry would be a HUGE plus!Benefits:
