Job description: -Program CoordinatorHealthCare Support is actively seeking a REMOTE Program Coordinator to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Florida.Daily Responsibilities for Program Coordinator:
- will be completing audits and must score 95% in audits with 25 error rate
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/Remote
Required Qualifications for Program Coordinator:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ experience completing authorizations with a provider or MCO
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be familiar with compliance and auditing
- Must have strong time management skills
- Good tenure in past positions, will reject jumpy candidates
- Computer skills – able to work multiple systems, computer savvy, Microsoft office, Excel, experience with 2+ monitors
- WFH capability – smart phone, private workspace, high speed internet
Preferred Qualifications for Program Coordinator:
- Recent experience completing audits with MCO
