Assist in the selection of design, construction, furnishings, and other project related service providers. Manage correspondence, project document, contracts, change orders, project budgets, and scheduled as they relate to architectural, construction, furniture, furnishings, signage, relocation and landscape contracts Coordinate project requirements with in-house service providers by developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements and projects plans. Execute grants management administrative and book keep tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders, reports and online database management of al capital projects. Supervise project procurement process. Meet with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Coordinate the allocation fo project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed to the right time.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceMinimum:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, architecture, or interior design. Entry level to three years experience.Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, architecture, or interior design. Four to eight years experience.Knowledge:The formal education needed and the amount of experience required to enable an employee to perform the duties and fulfill the responsibilities of the job. Note: IF you are waiving the education requirements for the position indicated an “or equivalent experience” provision. Equivalent experience (assuming no college degree) for a Master’s degree is an additional 7 years, and additional 5 years for a Bachelor’s degree, and an additional 3 years of experience for an Associate’s degree. Faculty job positions must have the required education and experience.Skills:Familiarity with computer applications and how to use them interchangeable.Familiarity with scheduling software programs.Familiarity with grants management.Familiarity with basic accounting.Report and resolution writing for reporting and procurement purposes.Writing scopes of work, request for proposals, request for qualifications and invitations for bid for smaller in-house projects.Abilities:Ability to lift 50 plus pounds.travel is necessary as project locations differ; ability to travel in all types of weather. Flexibility to work in the office, at a remote site, or on a construction site. General office work. ability to work at construction site, perform site inspections,navigate construction sites without any hindrances.Physical Requirements, Work Environment & Travel:Oral fluency in Navajo is highly desirable, bt ot mandatory.Online database management for Capital Projects.Online grants reporting and data entry.Procurement procedures while adhering to applicable laws governing procurement.Construction processes from its inception through completion and that each step entails.Ability to undestand and speak Navajo.Valid Driver’s License.Defensive driving course (will be provided)Other Requirement(s):

Expected salary: $50000 – 60000 per year
