Job description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all project quotations, working closely with our field sales representatives and external customers to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and supporting sales efforts. This role is going to be heavy on data entry and a background with Salesforce or a CRM system is required. This position will require in person training for 4-6 week and then be remote. This position will require the occasional travel for in person training and meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Salesforce.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build and solidify relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business math concepts.

work hours: 7 AM – 4 PM

  • Build rapport with the field sales reps and provide Salesforce support.
  • Develop an understanding of the individual territory dynamics (i.e. customer relationships, pricing, competition, etc.).
  • Produce all quotes for the assigned sales territory.
  • Prepare new quotes within Salesforce, confirm the accuracy with the sales rep.
  • Modify existing quotes with different quantities, products, customers, etc.
  • Review existing quotations in Salesforce to determine if pricing is still valid
  • Ensure that the product numbers used on the Salesforce project quote match what is being requested
  • Enter planning projects into Salesforce as requested.
  • Manage (add/delete/update) the Salesforce account and contact list for the sales representative.
  • Create solutions.
