As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Senior Marketing Specialist.The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. These campaigns include 75% digital marketing (social media, website, email, advertising, etc.) and 25% traditional marketing (print, PR, events/trade shows).Our mission is to help customers succeed. Crane Engineering team members impact the organization’s success and are recognized for creating WOW! customer experiences.What You Get To Do· Works with the marketing team, and in collaboration with other departments, executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.· Creates and publishes a variety of marketing media which may include social media content, graphics/logos, website/blog content, brochures, presentations, and more.· Develops strategic marketing campaigns and content calendars.· Develops and deploys email marketing campaigns.· Develops and manages digital advertising campaigns.· Manages and enhances website content including new landing page creation and product additions.· Analyzes insights and data to understand performance of website and marketing campaigns.· Acts as an active lead for Tech Expo, a trade show hosted every 2 years for customers. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating exhibitors, technical sessions, keynote speaker, lead collection, and overall event flow.· Helps manage CRM (HubSpot & Microsoft Dynamics). Works to keep databases clean and accurate.· Conducts market research and competitor analyses and integrates findings into current marketing strategies.· Coordinates regional trade show appearances and seminars.· Supports sales team with marketing materials and presentations.· Communicates and coordinates with vendors on marketing-related tasks.· Occasional travel to conferences and regional offices may be required.· May perform other duties as assigned.What We Need From You· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field· Minimum 3-5 years’ marketing experience with in-depth industry knowledge· Experience working with HubSpot required, and Microsoft Dynamics preferred· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite· Expertise in SEO and SEM, proficient in Google Analytics· Basic event planning/management experience· Data-driven decision-maker with strategic marketing expertise· Excellent project management/organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize· High level of personal initiative, attention to detail, energy, and ownership· Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as interfacing with external customersWe Are Winning WhenOur expectations are that team members demonstrate our Core Values.· Integrity & Respect – Work with the highest ethical standards, interact openly and directly, honor our commitments and value diversity of styles, roles and perspectives.· Teamwork – Actively collaborate with others to solve problems and create opportunities.
