Each team member plays a crucial role in the company’s success and is valued for their unique contributions.Position Overview: As the sole in-house Senior .NET Developer, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, collaborating with third-party developers. This role demands a highly skilled and self-motivated individual comfortable with both front-end and back-end development. You will maintain and enhance existing code and products while developing new features and applications to meet evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and Enhance Existing Systems:

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• New Development:

• Design and develop new features and applications using .NET framework.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Collaboration and Project Management:

• Understand ownership needs and devise technical solutions.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with third-party developers as needed.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and software development trends.
• Continuously improve existing software systems for better performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in application development with .NET Framework (MVC, Web API, .NET Core, C#, object-oriented design principles, relational database skills using SQL Server, report development using SSRS, and working knowledge of Windows Server and IIS).
• Experience with code versioning tools, specifically GitHub, and process.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Strong software design and test methodology knowledge and abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written forms.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex problems and break them into small solvable pieces.
• Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, technologies, and platforms required experience.
