This is an established internship program in which the intern reports to an Assistant Vice Chancellor. The commitment is 20 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.Responsibilities, duties, and activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct relevant research and data analysis
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform office support duties including, but not limited to: drafting emails and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe
  • Experience with graphic design programs (e.g., Canva)
  • Prior office experience
