As the first Technical Program Manager, you will help us create and manage programs and projects in the Engineering group at Forma: partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to plan and execute, driving delivery for key initiatives and cross-functional projects. In addition, you’ll be helping us create clarity across the organization by building processes and driving improvements in our existing processes.
