We are looking for a dedicated Technical Resident like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior developers, programmers, researchers, and analysts. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology. Technical Resident apprenticeships are6-monthslong with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.What you’ll do:

• Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
• Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
• Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or a Bachelors/Master’s Degree
• Interest in technology
• Must reside within the greater Nashville area
