You’re a strong 2D/3D motion storyteller with 2-5 years of experience in developing content that:

• Presents a fresh perspective
• Motivates people to act
• Matches or exceeds the production quality of the typical media/content people consume

The person we’re looking for has experience with:

• Building models for and successfully creating animations within the Unreal Engine environment or similar
• Being highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Working alongside digital creatives (producer/directors, videographers, graphic designers, animators, photographers and vendor artists)
• Researches, prepares and produces content for marketing, training, documentation, and other communicative purposes that target internal and external audiences.
• Acts at strategic thinker and trusted advisor, consulting with stakeholders to assess the best overall approach, tool, output method, and quality level

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Portfolio is required to demonstrate skill competency
• Developed technical skills in industry standard real time rendering tools such as Unreal Engine and Unity
• Experience communicating creative ideas with different stakeholders (such as leadership, clients, etc.)
• Must be flexible with outstanding work ethic and possess the ability to respond quickly to company and client needs.

• Basic understanding of Blueprints
• Unreal Engine Interactive development
• Cinema 4D
• Redshift
• Self-starter, and open to out-of-the-box approaches to achieving development/production goals
• Efficient, organized and accountable
