Job description: As a Yoga Retreats Specialist, you will be responsible for curating and managing immersive and rejuvenating yoga retreat experiences for individuals or groups seeking wellness, relaxation, and self-discovery. This role requires an understanding of yoga principles, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating transformative experiences in serene and idyllic settings.**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Consultation:** Working closely with the Yoga instructor to identify and understand their wellness goals, yoga experience levels, dietary preferences, and preferences for destination and accommodations.2. **Yoga Program Development:** Assist the instructor in customizing their yoga retreat programs that blend yoga classes, meditation sessions, mindfulness practices, and wellness workshops to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.3. **Venue Selection:** Identify and secure suitable venues for yoga retreats, including retreat centers, boutique hotels, or secluded retreat properties, based on the desired ambiance, amenities, and proximity to nature.4. **Yoga Instructor Coordination:** Recruit experienced and certified yoga instructors to lead retreat participants through daily yoga and meditation sessions. Ensure instructors align with the retreat theme and participants’ skill levels.5. **Activity Planning:** Organize a variety of activities and excursions to complement the yoga program, such as nature hikes, beach outings, spa treatments, cultural experiences, and wellness activities like acupuncture or sound healing.6. **Participant Communication:** Maintain regular communication with retreat participants before, during, and after the retreat, providing itinerary details, packing lists, travel tips, and answering any questions or concerns.7. **Logistics Management:** Coordinate all logistical aspects of the retreat, including transportation and accommodation bookings ensuring the venue has all the equipment the group will require.8. **Marketing and Promotion:** Develop marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters, to promote yoga retreats and attract participants.9. **Post-Retreat Evaluation:** Gather feedback from retreat participants to assess their satisfaction, gather testimonials, and identify areas for improvement. Use feedback to enhance future retreat offerings and customer experiences.**Qualifications:**
– Experience or participating in yoga retreats, workshops, or wellness programs.
– Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, and meditation techniques.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with retreat venue staff, instructors, and wellness professionals.
– Proficiency in event planning, itinerary development, and customer service.
